An experienced and accomplished hospitality professional, Gina Taylor holds the unique position within Forbes Travel Guide as the longest-serving employee, having joined in January 2004. Over the years she has held leadership roles across the organization, including sales, consulting, learning and development, and evaluations, giving her incredible expertise and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality. She is passionate about empowering others and brings an intimate knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and the evaluation process to the table. Taylor now leads the custom standards and services group, where she works with properties to craft customized brand service standards. She also oversees training for non-hotel partners in senior living, private aviation, residential markets and other industries that place a premium on service excellence.
