Kat Gratale is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX and product design. Currently serving as Senior Product Designer and previously as UX Designer at Forbes since September 2021, Kat is also a Co-Founder at Ultradian since January 2025. Prior roles include Visual/UX Designer at WSAudiology, UX Design Consultant for Recovery Platform and Greenlight Ventures, and Client UX Consultant for SwearBy. Previous experience also encompasses roles in sales development and brand coordination at Macy’s Inc. and G-III Apparel Group, respectively. Kat holds a UX Design Certification from General Assembly and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Bern.
