Seth Boyarsky

Seth Boyarsky is currently the VP of Compensation at Forbes. Prior to that, they were with iCIMS for over seven years, where they started as a Manager of Compensation & Benefits and eventually became the Sr. Director of Total Rewards. Before iCIMS, Seth was with NRG Energy for a short time as their Manager of Compensation. Seth has also held the position of Director – Compensation, Benefits & HRIS with Maidenform and Senior Compensation Analyst with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ.
