Joy Faucher

Joy Faucher is a Partner at Forbion, focusing on investments in bio-enabled solutions across critical industries such as materials, food, environmental technologies, and agriculture. Previous experience includes serving as a Growth Investor at Lightrock, providing growth equity for impact-focused tech businesses, and as an Advisor and Seed Investor at Formo, Europe's first cell ag start-up for clean dairy. Joy has also held positions in early-stage VC investment at M Ventures, strategy and transformation at Merck Group, management consulting at Deloitte UK, and business development at Owlstone Medical. Additionally, Joy has engineering experience at Eli Lilly and Company and Eurofins, along with a research background at EPSRC. Education includes an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering from UCL.
