Ally Thomas has a diverse work history. Ally started their career at Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis as a Cashier in 2016. In 2017, they interned at CRG Companies, where they gained experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and filing. From 2016 to 2017, Ally served as the Vice President of Sustainability at the Resident Hall Association, implementing sustainable practices within the Denton Hall community. In 2020, they were a Project Team Member at the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, conducting research on methane emissions and natural gas distribution technologies. Ally then worked as an Accounts and Legal Manager at FMS Financial Solutions from 2018 to 2021, handling debt collection and managing legal affairs. In 2021, they were employed as a Tutor and then joined Forbright Bank, holding positions as a Junior Administrative Analyst and currently as an Administrative Analyst.
Ally Thomas began their education in 2012 at Quince Orchard High School. After completing their high school education in 2016, they attended the University of Maryland. From 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Policy with a concentration in Politics and Policy. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, they also earned a Certificate in Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Maryland.
