Leanne Ladd

Leanne Ladd has extensive work experience in the financial sector, primarily focusing on administrative and operational roles. Leanne began working at Forbright Bank in 2018, where they held the positions of EVP, Chief Administrative Officer and VP, Director of System Operations/Program Management. Ladd's tenure at Forbright Bank lasted until March 2022. Prior to Forbright Bank, they worked at Pacific Western Bank for a significant period, starting in 2004. During their time at Pacific Western Bank, Ladd served as VP, Application Development Manager for a remarkable 18 years, until March 2022.

Leanne Ladd obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they studied abroad in Spain at the University of Maryland.
