Nataliia Dubova

Nataliia Dubova has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Nataliia started their career as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Creatio, where they managed the CEO's calendar, coordinated meetings, and made travel arrangements. Nataliia then worked as a Recruitment Specialist at EchoUA, where they handled full-cycle recruitment and conducted candidate evaluations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Officer at Forbytes, where they are responsible for improving work relationships, increasing productivity, and implementing HR tools and processes. Prior to their current role, they also worked as a Talent Manager and Recruitment Specialist at Forbytes, where they facilitated employee relations, improved retention, and created high-performance software solutions.

Nataliia Dubova pursued their education in the field of organization management at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics from 2010 to 2015. Nataliia then enrolled in UCu Business School (LvBS) in 2018, where they focused on human resources management in business.
