Jade Paulseth

Jade Paulseth is a seasoned professional in the engineering and sales sectors, currently serving as a Program Engineer at FORCE America since April 2024. Previously, Jade held the position of CPS Director of Sales - OEM at Certified Power Inc. from July 2016 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading a multi-state sales team to support mobile and industrial machinery OEMs with hydraulics and control systems. Jade has also served as a Regional Sales Manager at JEM Technical from September 2010 to July 2016, focusing on major mobile OEMs in the Midwest, and as a New Business Development Manager at SunSource from September 1997 to September 2010, excelling in customer-focused sales. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bethel University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Hydraulics and Fluid Power from Hennepin Technical College.
