Partnership Development and Support

The Partnership Development and Support team at Force Femmes focuses on fostering collaborative relationships with private companies to promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process. They work to inform and sensitize recruiters about the challenges faced by unemployed women over 45, while also developing programs and workshops that enhance the organization’s impact on these women's job search and entrepreneurial efforts. By coordinating with volunteers and stakeholders, the team aims to create more opportunities and support systems for their target demographic.
