Kathleen Schindler

Kathleen Schindler is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Ascender since January 2022, Kathleen also holds the position of GM Ascender by Force Management and has been involved with Force Management since October 2013, specializing in enhancing sales strategies and methodologies to boost profitability. As a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital Accelerator and an Advisor at Inventing Heron, Kathleen supports early-stage companies through capital investment and coaching. Kathleen co-founded UpSkill Management Services, focusing on bridging the gap between unskilled youth and job placements. Prior roles include Product Marketing Manager at DataXu and Manager at PwC Australia, along with educational credentials including an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
