Rainey Sharp

Rainey Sharp has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. They started their career as an intern at MGI Pacific in 2013 before moving on to work as a finance manager and barista at Trep Cafe from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Rainey worked as a bookkeeper at Thrive Financial Consulting. They then joined FactSet in 2015 as a consultant and later became a senior consultant before leaving in early 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Rainey worked as a consultant at Force Management before being promoted to the role of senior consultant from 2019 to 2021. As a consulting director at Force Management from 2021 to 2023, Rainey specialized in sales transformations and developed customized training courses. Currently, Rainey is the director of sales enablement at Force Management, a position they have held since October 2023. Additionally, Rainey is a member of the Sales Enablement Society since May 2023.

Rainey Sharp attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General. In 2015, they also completed the 200 Hour RYT CorePower Yoga Teacher Training program at CorePower Yoga.
