Mandar JOSHI (PMP)® is an experienced engineering professional specializing in electric vehicle (EV) powertrain development and motor technology. Currently serving as a Consultant for EV Powertrain at Belrise Industries, Mandar JOSHI is responsible for traction motors and controller development. Previously, Mandar JOSHI held the position of Senior Manager in R&D Electric Vehicle at Force Motors Ltd, leading EV drive system development. A career spanning over two decades includes roles at Godrej & Boyce, Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, Regal Beloit, Kirloskar Copeland, and Kirloskar Pneumatic, with expertise in design, development, performance analysis, and innovation in electrical motors and compressors. Academic qualifications include an MBA in General Management from ICFAI University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Shivaji University.
