Manoj Shinde has over 16 years of experience in engineering design, primarily focused on engine and exhaust systems. Currently serving as Deputy Manager in R&D Engine Design at Force Motors Ltd since June 2018, Manoj has successfully managed projects such as TD1950 and TD2600 for tractor applications. Prior to this role, Manoj worked at Tata Technologies as a Senior Design Engineer and held the position of Assistant Manager in Engine Design at Tata Motors, contributing to various engine projects including the 1.4L Crail BS4 Engine. Manoj began the career at Tenneco Exhaust India Private Ltd as an Application Engineer, focusing on catalytic converters and exhaust systems. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
