Rajat Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. RAJAT started their career at Harvel Irrigation Private Limited as a Deputy Manager from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they worked at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited as a Territory Manager from 1997 to 2001. RAJAT then joined Tata Motors as a Dealer Account Manager (Area Manager) from 2001 to 2005. RAJAT continued their career at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Automotive Sector, as a Manager - Sales in 2006. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Asian Motors Ltd. as a National Manager, responsible for sales and marketing activities in Nigeria. From 2012 onwards, Rajat has been with Force Motors Ltd, where they held various roles including Senior Business Manager, Regional Manager, and Head of Key Account Management. Throughout their career, Rajat has demonstrated a strong track record of achieving business growth and managing key accounts.

Rajat Sinha completed a Certificate Programme in General Management for Executive from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2015-2016. RAJAT also obtained a B.Tech in Agriculture from the Allahabad Agricultural Institute between 1990-1994.
