Job description

The Sales team at Force Therapeutics is the engine that powers the acquisition of new logo business into Force’s growing portfolio of hospitals, health systems and orthopedic specialty practices throughout the US. Sales strategy and process is tightly woven into the DNA of the larger Go-to-Market team, whose mission is to extend Force’s reach and impact via hospitals and health system partnerships across the country. Within the Sales team, Account Executives have a deep understanding of the healthcare market, which they are able to leverage when articulating the unique value that the Force platform can provide to patient recovery. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join this team and immediately start accelerating our new business wins. 

As a Senior Account Executive at Force, you’ll work collaboratively across our growing GTM team to secure the highest profile hospitals and health system clients in the country. By driving sales strategy and execution, you’ll become a key player in helping us fully realize our mission to bring  Force to millions of patients nation-wide. Beyond driving sales, you will learn to demonstrate our product’s immense value, mentor emerging sales talent and foster a rich pipeline of new business opportunities. 

What you’ll do:

Client Acquisition & Management: You’ll achieve new healthcare client wins using a proven sales process, lead major client pitches, and manage the complete sales journey from discovery to final term negotiations. You’ll also build, maintain, and leverage deep relationships to create the right solution for every prospect.

Sales Operational Excellence: You’ll champion and proselytize internal sales best practices, including salesforce reporting. You will be managed against OKRs and will learn how to seamlessly  transition closed/won opportunities to implementation / account management by our Client Success team.

Mentorship & Team Collaboration: You’ll act as a mentor and manager to junior Sales Development Representatives, sharing insights from your own experiences, and collaborate with colleagues across Force, particularly in commercial and company-wide initiatives.

Strategic Partnership Building: You’ll forge strategic relationships and source new logo opportunities alongside the Marketing team, solidifying Force's brand presence in the healthcare industry.

Feedback & Market Insights: You’ll contribute to internal and external thought leadership by providing invaluable feedback across the GTM and Product organization based on client interactions, active prospecting, and recognizing market trends.

What you bring: 

Healthcare B2B Mastery: You've thrived in the digital health or healthcare B2B arena for at least five years, and you deeply understand the intricate challenges and strategies of selling to hospitals and large health systems. You leverage data to inform your decision-making and sales strategies. 

Skilled Communicator and Negotiator: Your written and verbal skills are top-notch, evidenced by past projects or roles. Additionally, you bring exceptional negotiating skills when closing a deal to provide the best possible value to our business. 

Executive Presence: You have a natural charisma and ability to articulate Force’s value in a way that is compelling to executives from top-tier hospitals and health systems. 

Tenacity & Self-Drive: You exhibit remarkable resilience, staying optimistic and driven even in the face of challenges. Your independent nature pushes you to set and achieve the highest standards for yourself.

Collaborative Seller:  You understand that Sales is a team sport. With each challenge, you harness the collective teamwork of Force’s collaborative network to support your sales goals.

To ensure that all candidates and employees understand our compensation structure, we provide clarity on pay ranges for each role. Our intention is to provide equal opportunities, eliminate pay gaps, and maintain competitive salaries benchmarked against industry standards.

The base salary range for this role is : $100,000 - $120,000 per annum*

In addition to the base salary, this role has a variable commission structure. The projected on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is up to 50% of base compensation, contingent on meeting sales or performance metrics.

*Salaries are determined based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Adjustments may be made to accommodate local market conditions and geographic cost-of-living differences.
