Rachel Mayse has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel began their career as an Executive Assistant at A.G. Edwards in 1999 and worked there until 2001. From 2002 to 2006, Rachel was an Elementary School Teacher at Bret Harte Elementary. In 2006, they joined 24 Seven Inc. as the Director of Strategic Operations, where they developed recruiting programs and initiatives and collaborated with hiring managers. Rachel then moved on to Lively Group in 2014, where they served as the Director of Operations, overseeing administrative staff and managing new hire onboarding and benefits coordination. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Pride Global as the Director of Operations, responsible for managing a team, benefit offerings, and company SOPs. Currently, Rachel is employed at ForceBrands, where they have held the roles of Vice President Operations (2018-2020) and Chief Human Resources Officer (since 2020).

Rachel Mayse (she/her) obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education from National University. Rachel attended National University from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel Mayse has also earned a Design Thinking Certificate Program Advisory Panel certification. Rachel obtained this certification from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in August 2020.
