Alvaro González Polo

Alvaro González Polo has a diverse work experience. Alvaro started their career in 2012 as an Intern Engineer at ITnow!, where they provided support in managing incidents and requests, as well as coordinating with technology companies. In 2013, they worked as an R+D Engineer at TriaGnoSys GmbH, focusing on data traffic optimization techniques for emergency situations. In the same year, they also joined InFleet as an Entrepreneur Engineer, where they developed a web application for invoicing and resource management. In 2014, Alvaro joined ForceManager as a Technical Consultant, and later took on roles as a Software Development Project Manager and Engineering Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for defining and executing business and technology initiatives, optimizing development processes, and supporting business objectives.

Alvaro González Polo has a diverse education background. Alvaro completed a postgraduate program in Business Analytics and Data Mining at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from La Salle BCN from 2015 to 2016. Alvaro also holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. Alvaro's educational journey began at I.E.S Joan Ramon Benaprès, where they completed their School and High School education with a specialization in the Technological Branch from 2000 to 2006.
