Ariel Britva

Ariel Britva, a seasoned leader in procurement and operations, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Procurement & Operations at Forcepoint, where a Global Procurement organization was created to enhance company savings through collaboration with C-Level executives and strategic suppliers. Previously, Ariel held the position of Head of Operations, Technology & Process at GVW Group, focusing on operational improvement and supply chain transformation. Other notable roles include Associate Director of Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing at Mondelēz International, where Ariel directed sourcing for a $750M spend, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, managing sourcing strategies for over $500MM. Early career experiences include leading an e-commerce start-up at Central Stationery and serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Motorola. Ariel earned a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago.
