Jim Washburn

Jim Washburn is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in mobile and software development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Forcepoint since September 2024, Jim has previously held significant roles such as Sr. Mobile Engineering Manager at eBay, managing a team of 16 engineers on mobile application projects, and at Skyward, a Verizon company, where Jim led cross-functional teams in developing Ground Control Station applications for UAVs. With a history at Circle Media Labs and Tripwire, Jim has demonstrated expertise in quality initiatives and engineering management, overseeing large teams and complex projects. Jim holds education from Binghamton University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and SUNY Adirondack.
