Emily Charbonneau's work experience begins in 2016 as a Youth Sports Staff member at the YMCA of Florida's First Coast. In this role, they supervised and operated facilities at youth sport events, coordinated and planned youth sport camps, and coached volleyball and basketball to children ages 6-12.

In 2019, Emily became a Resident Assistant at Reinhardt University. Emily'sresponsibilities included promoting the development of relationships among 25 residents, creating a positive and comforting living environment, and hosting student events focused on social diversity and growth.
