Justin Hains Mbe

Justin Hains MBE is an experienced professional in the maritime defence sector, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Forcys since April 2022. With a strong background in defence and security, Justin previously held the position of Head of Capability - Defence Diving and Security at JFD Global from October 2020 to December 2021, and has extensive experience in quality assurance and program management from their tenure at ISO 9001 and in service capability for mine countermeasures. Justin's military career includes leadership roles such as Commanding Officer of the Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group Two and Military Advisor to the Chief of Staff at the UK Ministry of Defence. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from Oxford Brookes University.
