Christopher Grygo

Christopher Grygo is a seasoned professional in organizational development and learning initiatives, currently serving as the Global Director of People & Organizational Development at the Ford Foundation since April 2015. Grygo has extensive experience in aligning people development practices with HR Management activities, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and diversity strategies. Prior to this role, Grygo worked at The Rockefeller Foundation as a Learning & Development Officer, where responsibilities included leading talent development efforts and performance management initiatives. Previous positions include Organizational Development Senior Specialist at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Principal Consultant at Cool Water Consulting, and Manager of Training & Staff Development at Columbia University Libraries and Information Services. Grygo holds multiple degrees in Organizational Psychology and Psychology from Columbia University and Drew University.
