Aaron Lock

Aaron Lock is an experienced automotive professional specializing in vehicle durability, reliability, and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). Currently serving as Manager of Vehicle Durability and Reliability at Ford Motor Company since May 2024, Lock previously held the role of Director at AVL and Rivian, where responsibilities included leading durability and corrosion efforts and managing advanced simulation technologies. Prior experience encompasses significant positions at Chrysler and TRW, where Lock focused on NVH solutions and engineering management. With a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, Lock has consistently driven improvements in vehicle development processes through innovative testing and simulation methodologies.
