Amanda Lade, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Employee Relations at Ford Motor Company since January 2025, Amanda has held prior roles including Human Resources Manager at Atkore and Cignys, as well as Benefits Administrator for Bay County, Michigan. Amanda's career also includes positions in human resources and operations at Aptar and Frankenmuth Brewery. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, and an Associate of Arts in Marketing from Delta College.
