Ayman Ismail

Ayman Ismail has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and powertrain control systems. Ayman's career includes roles at Ford Motor Company from March 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities ranged from serving as Integrated Services Program Strategy Manager to managing ADAS software development support and automation solutions. Prior experience includes positions at FCA - North America as Advanced Powertrain Controls Supervisor and Controls Engineer, as well as teaching at Baker College as a CIS Instructor. Ayman began a career in embedded software engineering at Detroit Diesel Corp. and Continental Automotive Systems. Ayman holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration with High Distinction at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
