Charity Martin

Charity Martin has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Product Group Manager for Over the Air Software Updates at Ford Motor Company since July 2016. Previous roles at Ford include Product Line Manager for the Ford Early Access Program and Technical Program Manager for Ford Pro Intelligence, focusing on vehicle enrollment. Earlier experience includes positions such as Software Developer and Business Analyst in SAP Extended Warehouse Management. Charity also has a background in academia, having worked as a Consultant Supervisor and Technical Team Consultant at the University of Information Technology & Sciences, and as a Course Instructor for a Russian-American dual degree program at Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree with honors in History from Indiana University Bloomington.
