Doug Field

Doug Field is a seasoned executive in the automotive and technology industries, currently serving as the Chief EV, Digital, and Design Officer at Ford Motor Company. Prior to this role, Doug held significant positions at Apple as Vice President of the Special Projects Group and also served as Vice President for Mac Hardware Engineering and Product Design. At Tesla, Doug contributed as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Vehicle Programs. Doug's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Design & Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Segway. Doug holds both a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a focus on Product Development and Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
