Erik Schnurstein

Erik Schnurstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and communications, currently serving as the Manager of Change Management and Communications for Ford Business Solutions. Employed at Ford Motor Company since 2003, Erik leads a team that drives transformative initiatives within a historic multinational organization. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Organizational Change Management Lead, with a focus on powertrain integration and IT portfolio management. Prior to Ford, Erik held positions with Trilogy International, General Motors, and STN, inc., where responsibilities included project leadership and enhancing customer experience.
