Graham Kerridge is an experienced professional with a strong focus on cost management and process improvement. As the Owner of DeltaPlus3, Graham has also held significant positions including Effective Cost Management Programme Manager at Jaguar Land Rover since January 2012, where the role involves developing comprehensive processes for managing new model costs. With a background as a Master Black Belt at multiple organizations such as Shell Nederland Chemie B.V. and Alfa Laval, Graham has extensive experience in performance enhancement methodologies. Additional roles include purchasing manager at Ford Motor Company / Visteon / LandRover and various consulting positions at companies like Lloyds Banking Group and Tetra Pak. Graham holds a degree in Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and an earlier degree from the University of Warwick.
