Harmon Pierce

Harmon Pierce is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company since July 2021, Harmon has previously held similar positions at Domino's and as a self-employed consultant. Over a significant tenure at IBM from 2000 to October 2019, Harmon contributed as a Software Engineer Expert on the Watson Health team, showcasing expertise in designing and developing Java web applications within an Agile environment. Earlier career highlights include a role at Truven Health Analytics and a consulting position at Honeywell, where Harmon played a key role in establishing a Computer Solutions Center. Additionally, Harmon served as President and COO of Windriders, a windsurfing academy. Harmon holds a BS in Management, Finance, and MIS from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Computer Science and Business from the University of Minnesota.
