John Veihmeyer was elected to the company’s board of directors, effective December 1, 2017. He serves on the Audit, and Nominating & Governance Committees.

Veihmeyer possesses decades of experience as a global accounting executive who has advised the world’s leading companies on financial reporting, risk management and governance.

From April 2014 to September 2017, Veihmeyer was chairman of KPMG International, a global network of professional services firms providing audit, tax and advisory services.

Veihmeyer previously held numerous roles at KPMG, including U.S. chairman and CEO, U.S. deputy chairman, managing partner of KPMG’s Washington, D.C. operations, and global head of Risk Management and Regulatory.

He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Notre Dame and of the Financial Accounting Foundation.

Veihmeyer received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
