Kapil Zutshi is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in service operations and business development. Currently serving as Zonal After Sales Service & Business Development Manager at Ford Motor Company since November 2024, Kapil's competencies include service operations management, strategic planning, vendor relations, KPI management, CRM, dealer governance, service excellence, process improvement, and technical competency development.
