Ken Jackowitz

Ken Jackowitz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success, technology, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the North America Delivery Success Leader for Ford Motor Company's Model E division, Ken drives transformation in customer journey and e-commerce solutions. As an Executive Advisor at Pathr.ai and baüne, Ken supports leadership in developing innovative spatial analytics and space medicine technologies, respectively. Their previous roles include Senior Vice President positions at CompuCom and Arise Virtual Solutions, where Ken managed vast teams and P&L responsibilities, focusing on product marketing and customer experience. Additionally, Ken has held senior positions at IDEXX Laboratories and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, enhancing customer interactions and technology solutions.
