Parth Thoria

Parth Thoria is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in global HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources for Go-to-Market at Ford Motor Company, Parth holds accountability for HR functions across a diverse workforce supporting significant revenue and has led pivotal initiatives, including the executive search for the CEO of Ford Pro and organizational redesign efforts. Previous roles at Ford include directing HR strategies for Ford Pro and Model e and serving as a strategic HR partner to the CEO of Lincoln. Prior to Ford, Parth held management positions at Bank of America and Citizens Republic Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.
