Robert Keatts

Robert Keatts brings extensive experience in human resources and data analytics, most notably serving as Director of People Analytics, Data & Technology at Ford Motor Company from May 1998 to October 2021. In this role, Robert supported workforce strategy through data-driven insights, led the global implementation of a SaaS-based people analytics platform, and equipped leadership with real-time intelligence. Previous roles include Senior Manager of HR Business Operations for Ford’s Commercial Vehicle division and Manager of HR Business Partner for the Office of COO & Corporate Strategy, where Robert spearheaded high-impact talent initiatives. Early career experience includes working as Assurance Staff at Plante Moran, where Robert managed audit engagements across various industries. Robert holds an MBA in Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting Information Management from Davenport University.
