Robin Wood has over two decades of experience in human resources and benefit management, primarily at Ford Motor Company. Starting as an Incentive Compensation Manager and a Human Resources Manager in Finance from January 2001 to March 2010, Robin progressed to hold the position of Human Resources Manager for Marketing Sales and Service from June 2010 to March 2012. Since June 2013, Robin has served as Executive Director of Benefits, following a role as Director of Retirement Benefits at the same company.
