Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith currently serves as the Social Impact and Smart Mobility Leader at Ford Motor Company, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion External Partnerships Manager at Dropbox, where leadership in diversity conferences and events was prominent. At Intel Corporation, Stephanie held various positions, including Community Relations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing Corporate Social Responsibility programs and enhancing employee volunteer participation. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for the Folsom Chamber of Commerce and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Konstanz, alongside teaching English. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Conflict and Peace Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Konstanz, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, German, and Business from Oregon State University.
