Thabang Nchela

Thabang Nchela possesses extensive experience in labor relations and legal services, highlighted by a long tenure as Labour Relations Manager at Ford Motor Company from April 1989 to August 2008. Key responsibilities included contract negotiations, labor law interpretation, and dispute resolution. Following this, Thabang served as a Regional Legal Officer for the National Union of Metalworkers from September 2010 to July 2014, managing labor court cases and providing legal training.
