Whitney Stefko Dover

Whitney Stefko Dover serves as the Associate Director and Senior Counsel for the Global Legal Ops+ team at Ford Motor Company since October 2022, focusing on innovative team building within the corporate legal landscape. Concurrently, Whitney functions as Seconded Counsel and Adjunct Professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, teaching courses related to institutional misconduct, privacy, and artificial intelligence. Prior experience includes founding and leading Pollinate Legal Operations Technology, acting as CEO of FitKnits LLC, and working as an Associate Attorney at Haight Brown & Bonesteel and Collins, Collins, Muir & Stewart, LLP. Whitney holds a J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
