Cihan Demirkol

Cihan Demirkol is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Supplier Readiness & Performance Management CoE Lead at Ford Otosan since June 2016. In this role, Cihan manages supply chain innovation and Industry 4.0 projects, focusing on digitalization initiatives alongside the IT team. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Supplier Management and Development Engineer and Supplier Management Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed supplier risk and capacity constraint management and coordinating material flow from over 200 international suppliers to Ford Otosan Turkey. Cihan also interned in project management at TUPRAS and in production at Kalibre Boru A.S. Cihan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Kocaeli University.
