Işil Paksoy

Işıl Paksoy has been a Senior Commodity Buyer and Kanban Master at Ford Otosan since December 2011, specializing in the domestic and global purchasing of various automotive components including climate control systems, powertrain cooling, and transmissions. Responsibilities include cost analysis, negotiation, supply chain management, and quality control. Prior to this role, Işıl served as Quality Control Manager at Korkmaz Mutfak Eşyaları from January 2010 to December 2011. Işıl Paksoy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from Kocaeli University, completed in 2010, and graduated from Gölcük Anatolian High School in 2004.
