Onur Erkose has extensive experience in engine design and development, currently serving at Ford Otosan since August 2008 in various leadership roles including Chapter Leader of Engine Lubrication & Crankcase Ventilation Systems and Technical Leader of Powertrain Thermal Systems. Responsibilities include leading engine thermal management and integration, conducting engine performance development tests, and improving product development processes. Prior experience includes roles at BSH Turkey, where a significant project addressed electrical heater issues in no-frost refrigerators, ARCELİK AŞ focusing on fluid dynamics research, and an internship at TEI in process engineering. Onur holds a Master’s degree in Thermal and Fluid Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
