Prior to this role, Glanville spent nearly 36 years at Ford Motor Company, where Shaun held various key positions including Controller for Profits & Operations, Executive Director of TrustFord, and Audit Director. Glanville has a proven track record in financial management and team leadership across multiple international locations, contributing to significant revenue generation and cost savings initiatives. An alumnus of the University of Bath, Glanville holds a BSc in Mathematics.
