Alexander Dushkin

Alexander Dushkin has extensive experience in project management and strategic roles within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at AURUS Russia since February 2020, Dushkin also fulfills the role of VOME Business Strategy Director at Ford Sollers Holding LLC from January 2016, focusing on planning new VO & PTO programs for Tatarstan plants. Previous positions include Project Leader at JSC KAMAZ and Technical Director at both JV Ford Sollers and Sollers-Elabuga, where Dushkin managed the launch of new Ford vehicles and oversaw technical operations. Earlier roles encompassed leadership in manufacturing and engineering at Sollers-Auto, Severstalauto-Elabuga, Izh-Avto, and GM-AVTOVAZ, highlighting a strong background in manufacturing engineering and project management across various automotive projects.
