Eric Wood

Eric Wood, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of investment management. Eric started their career as the Chief Investment Officer at ABB Inc., where they were responsible for managing the company's retirement plans. Eric then went on to found their own firm, Investment Solutions, Inc., where they served as the Owner and Chief Investment Officer. Eric developed tailored investment portfolios for institutional investors, applying qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify optimal strategies.

After leaving Investment Solutions, Inc., Wood joined Syndicate Advisers, LLC as a Managing Director. Eric played a key role in co-founding the firm and was responsible for its operations and development, including strategy design, risk management, and marketing. Wood also oversaw the launch of the Syndicate Fund, a multi-strategy fund designed to generate uncorrelated returns in all market environments.

Following their time at Syndicate Advisers, LLC, Wood joined Clearbrook Investment Consulting as a Managing Director. In this role, they provided strategic guidance and investment advice to clients.

Most recently, Wood served as the Chief Investment Officer at Fordham University.

Eric Wood, CFA completed their education with a BA in Psychology from Hartwick College in 1981. Eric went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Finance from 1983 to 1985.
