Joshua Harris

Joshua Harris currently serves as the Executive Director and Adjunct Professor at the Fordham Real Estate Institute, focusing on teaching Real Estate Development Feasibility Studies. As Managing Partner of Lakemont Group since 2007, responsibilities include operations management, client relations, and leading complex consulting projects. Joshua has held various academic roles, including Adjunct Professor at New York University and St. John's University, and served as Vice President of Investment Strategy at Skanska USA, where oversight of investment strategy and research was a key responsibility. Joshua's prior experience includes directing the Dr. P. Phillips Institute for Research and Education in Real Estate at the University of Central Florida, serving on the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, and working as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Realplex Asset Management. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Finance, an MBA in Finance, and a BSBA in Finance, all from the University of Central Florida.
