Kamal Joshi, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Fordham University since November 2018. In this role, Kamal provides strategic oversight of human capital management operations and enhances collaboration between HR and business units through innovative HR services and workforce analytics. Prior to Fordham University, Kamal held various HR leadership positions at NJIT from January 2002 to November 2018, including Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed HRIS, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations. Kamal began the career in human resources as a Research Associate, focusing on statistical and database management techniques to support institutional research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and two Master's degrees in Mathematical Statistics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Physics from the University of Lucknow.
