Kay Turner

Kay Turner is the Vice President for Human Resources at Fordham University. Kay has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Fordham University since 2013. Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from January 2013 to September 2017.

At NJIT, Kay was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee engagement. Kay was instrumental in launching an internal HR marketing campaign that led to increased HR customer satisfaction across the university. Kay also spearheaded an employee engagement program that is currently in pilot phase.

Kay has a proven track record of delivering assigned projects on time and within budget. Kay is a trusted advisor on compensation philosophy and strategy. Under their leadership, the Human Resources department has become a respected and proactive business unit within the university.

Kay Turner attended St. John's University School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctorate in Law.
