Michelle Bergenholz Lang has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries and roles. Michelle currently works as a Product Design Researcher at Forecast since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a UX Researcher at Microsoft from January 2019 to June 2021, with a break for maternity leave from March 2020 to February 2021. Michelle also worked as an Antropolog at UsetheUser for a brief period from October to December 2018.

Before their time at Microsoft, Michelle was a Kvalitativ forskningsassistent/studentermedhjælper at Millward Brown Nordic from June 2015 to June 2018. Michelle also had short-term roles as a Kampagnekoordinator and Phoner at SOS Børnebyerne in 2015. Michelle's educational journey began at Bornholms Erhvervsgymnasium, where they pursued a Højere Handelseksamen (HHX) with a focus on Samfundsvidenskabelig from 2008 to 2011. In 2007-2008, they were an Udvekslingsstudent at North Crawford High School.

In addition to their formal education, Michelle has also obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they completed "An Introduction to Accessibility and Inclusive Design" and "Promoting Accessible Workplaces with Assistive Technology" courses from Coursera. Michelle also completed the "UX Deep Dive: Remote Research" certification from LinkedIn in November 2021.
