Marissa Murphy serves as Vice President of Clinical Nutrition & Wellness at Forefront Culinary & Support Services since April 2019, where responsibilities include creating Signature Programs in collaboration with culinary teams, hiring and mentoring Registered Dietitians and Dietary Managers, and leading teams to support regulatory compliance and client relations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Nutrition & Wellness at Senova, where Marissa developed educational opportunities and quality assurance tools, and roles at Unidine and The Alden Network focused on clinical nutrition management and dietary supervision. Marissa completed an MBA at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the same institution.
